**Multiple Day Server Maintenance - 100% Downtime for the FULL 2 hours**

In order to resolve some of the recent issues seen with the SMS Valet Mobile Application connectivity with our servers, our development team will be required to implement some critical database performance tasks. These tasks will be divided into two multiple day phases.

Phase 2: Monday 1/14/19 - Wednesday 1/16/19 2am-4am CST (2hrs each, with 100% downtime for the full 2 hours.)

(Phase 1: Monday 1/7/19 - Friday 1/11/19 2am-3am CST - COMPLETED)


PHASE 2 [Day 3 of 3]
Please be aware of the scheduled server maintenance. During this maintenance window, the system will be working slowly with frequent interruptions.

There will be 100% downtime for the full 2 hours each day.

During this time, users should continue to operate as normal utilizing the SMS Valet application's offline mode. Requests and text messages will not be received during the brief interruptions but will be received once connectivity is restored. Continue to check vehicles in and out as usual.
