Monitoring -
TEZ Engineers have now successfully implemented the temporary routing workaround of the Microsoft Azure Front Door Service in all areas of our system.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.

Update -
TEZ Engineers have implemented a temporary routing workaround of the Microsoft Azure Front Door Service, which was the primary cause of the outage. Customers should start to see partially restored functionality. The team is still working to implement this workaround in other areas of the system.
Investigating -
The SMS Valet system is currently experiencing some technical difficulties . Please do not log out of the application and continue to operate in offline mode.
Once the system is restored all text messages and data will populate and sync up.
