We are currently aware of connectivity issues affecting a limited number of T-Mobile users in the Carolinas and other states in the Southeastern US, which may impact the ability to process mobile payments.
We’ve thoroughly investigated and confirmed that our system is operating as expected. This issue appears to be isolated to a specific geographic area and is not affecting other regions or users across the country. Additionally, the issue is intermittent and does not affect all locations or all customers parking at a location. We have escalated the matter with our payment processor, NMI, to explore any possible remedies, but at this time, it appears the issue may be on the T-Mobile network side.
Unfortunately, since no official outage has been reported by T-Mobile, and we are not seeing similar issues outside of the affected area, we are unable to take further action at this time.
