T-Mobile began to restore service around 7:00 PM Central Time, and the network appears fully operational at 10:00 PM Central Time. T-Mobile has not released an official statement on the outage.

T-Mobile is experiencing a widespread network outage impacting network data and SMS messaging. Customers using devices with T-Mobile SIM cards are impacted, as are end-users with T-Mobile cell service. If possible, please switch the SMS Valet devices to a Wi-Fi connection.
